CRISIS? Call 970.347.2120
if you are experiencing a crisis, need to talk to someone about your mental health, or to make an appointment.

If you or a loved one is feeling overwhelmed, at a breaking point, having thoughts of wanting to harm yourself or others, or feeling unsafe, call 970.347.2120 or come to our Walk-In Center at 928 12th Street in Greeley. Examples of feeling like you are in crisis can include intense anxiety, severe depression, and overwhelming stress. Everyone defines “being in crisis” differently: if you feel as if you cannot function in your day-to-day life or have a loved one that can’t do so, please call or come in. These resources are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.

Go to your closest emergency room immediately if you or someone you care about is highly intoxicated or physically or medically injured.
