North Range Behavioral Health’s compensation program is based on highly valued principles. Employee compensation is internally equitable, externally competitive, and recognizes and rewards employees based on individual performance and achievement.
In order to meet the diverse needs of our customers, North Range Behavioral Health provides additional compensation to those employees with bilingual skills. Factors such as degree, licensure and experience determine where a new applicant is placed on our pay scale.
Employees of North Range Behavioral Health may be eligible to receive an increase in pay at the discretion of North Range Behavioral Health. Factors which affect pay increases may, but will not necessarily include business and financial needs and conditions, local cost-of-living changes, labor market conditions, and individual employee job performance and conduct, employee education and professional achievements.
North Range Behavioral Health believes that wellness is an important component in our employee’s lives. We ensure that our employees have access to healthcare for themselves and their family members, as well as time-off benefits to promote a healthy work/life balance.
